Take a shower before you go to bed or dampen it. Then, take your bangs (if you don't have any gather the hair where your fringe should be) and clip them aside. For best results use product in your hair. After applying generously, put hair into sections. The more sections, the wavier the hair. Twist the section of hair and then twist it into a ball. Just tie is with a hair thingy. Leave over night then gently undo in the morning. Now just clip your bangs back (they should be straight) in a subtle pump or puff. Trust me, I get tons of compliments when I wear my hair like this
