What are some benefits of alkanes?
There are so many benefits of alkanes. Some of these benefits include being effective lubricants, they are also used as fuel and so much more.

Alkenes hare like alkanes except thay have at least one double bond. Because thay cannot rotate about the bond like alkanes, they show some stereoisomerism.
