Is there an anime for the Bloody Cross manga?
No, at the moment there are currently no plans to turn the Bloody Cross manga into an anime. The first volume of the manga was released in December of 2013 and there are currently plans to released eight volumes total of the manga. The eighth volume is scheduled to be released in September of 2015.
What are some nonbloody anime?
If you want an anime that strays away from action, there are many out there to choose from that don't contain blood. A few of my personal favourites which I suggest checking out are Love Live School Idol Project, Shinryaku! Ika Musume, Hanasaku Iroha, Kiniro Mosaic and Saki. But if you want to stick with action but less bloody, you could always try something like Girls Und Panzer, Gargantia, Shakugan No Shana, (Which if I remember correctly does contain blood, but no where near to the scale of violence in anime such as Akame Ga Kill, Higurashi and Shingeki No Kyojin.) and the vast majority of mecha anime out there. Too be fair though, there are so many anime out there that aren't bloody, your best bet would be to look at some anime suited to genres you prefer and going from there.
Why is the hellsing ultimate series an 18?
Because it's bloody, gory has lots of violence, crude language and even nudity in the later ones.

That is a matter of opinion. It contains a lot of nudity and gore, personally I don't like it.
