Other than the universal ones (like Christmas) we have:

The 17 of may:

This is our Independence Day (much like the american 4. of july) and it is greatly celebrated throughout the country. More on wikipedia :P

Sankthans:

Reffering to saint Hans (norwegian version of the name of biblical John), and is a mid summer celebration. It is conducted every year at the 24. of june, and involves families sitting out chatting and eating whilst burning a massive bonfire.

Fastelavn: A christian version of our old celebration of winter turning to spring. What is preserved is the tradition of making a bundle of twigs (Norwegian: Ris) and decorating them with bright colors. This used to symbolize fertility for the comming summer and year.

Now it symbloizes som vague cathloic lent period befor easter, but man... noone fasts in norway. Other than immigrants.

Otherwise we have stuff like luciadagen (st. lucy's day), Karneval (carnival), and a bunch other that are more obscure, yet not at all unique to norway.

If you were looking for more cool pegan traditions, I am afraid most of our viking roots was raped by Christianity just about a thousand years ago.... like every one elses roots, come to think of it.

There are some old traditional celebrations that still exist, but seeing as I'm 20 now, and still have not participated in them, I don't find the worthy of mention...
