Well, the choices for a low-carb diet are very vast. You have many choices to pick from for each meal. For breakfast things like omeletes are great choices and great tasting. For lunch soups and salads are great healthy choices! Just be careful with your choice of salad dressings. Stick with brands which provide light dressings in order to avoid the carbs some oil based dressings have. Finally for dinner cook things like grilled vegetables and skillet chicken. Always avoid fried chicken of course, but these are just some of the healthy and great meals you have when choosing a low-carb diet.
