Well, I know a lot of cheats and tips, but I don't know if you've done this (it's more of a tip then a cheat): You can get a Ho-oh if you beat the entire 100-Man Mt. Battle challenge on the colosseum battle on the first screen. i hope that's good enough...
I beat the 100-Man Mt. Battle Challenge a few days ago and I received the Ho-oh. Oh, yeah. You also need all your Pokemon purified and captured in order to receive the Ho-oh. Good luck on you challenge... :)
