No they may bite your hands off unless it is at the petting zoo!
Sometimes you can set up a petting zoo. You need to contact the park and ask them if they have a policy. Some will let you have farm animals but not horses. Almost all of them will ask you to have the petting farm provide them with proof of insurance. You need to ask them if they need a copy of the insurance form or if they specifically need to be "named additionally insured" Some petting zoo companies charge extra for this (as some insurance companies charge for this).

You should only feed the animals that you are given food to feed, and only when instructed on the manner in which to feed them. You should never feed any animals in a petting zoo, a safari zoo, or a nature reserve without express directions from your guide, or the animal's handler. Also, never mix the food intended for one animal for another, or sneak the animals human, or pet food. Simple every day things for humans can be dangerous for animals, wild and domesticated. If you follow the rules and your guide's instructions, both the animals, and yourself will benefit greatly from the trip and close encounter.
Przwalski's horses can live in zoos because they are rare, other horses aren't because they are domesticated animals and they aren't usually kept in the average zoo. Some petting zoos, or farm related facilities do have them though.

A petting Zoo
There are many zoo animals, especially depending on where you are, what type of exhibits you are interested in, natural habitats, safari, petting, trained, educational, and conservation. Also the type of animals you are interested in reptiles, primates, birds, endangered species, and other land mammals. Considering that many zoos have well over 400 species of animals, common is no longer a real factor. But there are some animals that most people expect to see when they go to a zoo, they are usually Giraffes or Camels, Elephants or Rhinos, Monkeys or Baboons, Lions or Tigers, and Bears or Bison.
