I dont believe anyone has developed a " cure " for Asthma yet just treatments. Using inhaled steroids in addition to the rescue inhaler, or a product such as singulair can help decrease the frequency of Bronchial spasms but not eliminate them completely. More and more doctors are finding that a large number of asthma cases are related to allergic reactions and if you are tested by an allergist and find that it something you can eliminate from your diet or surroundings, or build up a resistance to with immunotherapy you sometimes go symptom free for long periods of time.
Remove dairy from your diet! I did and at 28yrs old I have not taken any medication for 6months!
