I would not shop at Justice unless your 6-9 because it's a little little girlish. p.s. from aeropostale works too, but if you want you can use aeropostale, depending on what size you are. Old navy you have to be careful at. Abercrombie and Hollister are a smidge expensive, but they have great deals in back to school and the previous summer sale.
Gap and Gymboree are good stores for little girls clothing.
As in America, there are many brands of clothing worn by Japanese girls. Some of these brands include A Bathing Ape, Uniqlo, and Head Porter. Many of the clothes worn by these girls are modified to fit the personality of the individual by adding special, homemade touches with materials purchased in local shops.
Well it depends on your price range I would strongly suggest JCPenny's clothing store for girls or women's clothing.
Torrid is a great brand of plus size clothing. They have their items for sale on www.torrid.com. Lane Bryant also has great clothing, although some things are more geared toward older woman than teenage girls.
The Gap carries come great plus size clothing for kids. You can also get some really cute plus size girl's clothes from Old Navy.

Lipsy sells the most popular and trending brands of clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, girls, and teens and offer some of the most fashionable brands available in the U.K.
Journeys Kidz sells "hip and cool" shoes for boys and girls. There may be some incidental clothing from the existing brands, but its main focus is shoes.
