Pancakes and poffertjes (really small fluffy pancakes) are sweet snacks. Vla is a popular dessert (like a custard but eaten cold an not so thick) and comes in lots of flavours (vanilla, choclate etc.). There are lots of yoghurts as well. Nice savoury snacks are bitter balls (deep fried meaty things in bread crust) and liverworst (sliced cold sausage) and of course cheese!
