In the Marvel vs DC comic book crossover event, which featured various battles between characters from both comic universes, the outcome of the final battle between the two universes was a draw. There was no definitive winner declared between the superhero nations of Marvel and DC.
Captain Marvel is better then Super man because superman is weak to magic and captain marvel's powers are magic. So captain marvel can school Superman any day!
DC and Marvel have a superhero named Captain Marvel, but DC's Captain Marvel is more popular (The character with the white cape and is red with a lightning bolt on his chest)
