I have three suggesttions for sleep troubles:

1. Turn off all lights, televisions, and radios.

2. Make sure you don't knapp during the day, make sure you take the steps instyead of the elevators. try to do things through the day that would make you tire out at night.

3. Make sure you take a nice hot bath just before bed. Get up early and try to lay down before 11:pm. If all else fails take a advil pm.

Try making some tea from valerian half an hour before you go to bed, or try Celestial Seasonings' Sleepytime tea; just ask at your local health food shop.
