No it is not that easy as there are alot of hard words to learn and it would take forever I learn dutch at my school and i only know the folowing 1. alphabet 2. numbers 3.the basics hello goodbye (e.t.c) 4. Honestly, you don't. Almost all Dutch people are fluent in English (it's recommended by their universities). English is even commonly taught in public schools as a second language. However, if you wanted to learn Dutch, it's a very easy language to learn. It is the closest language to English.
to learn Japnese, there are many ways. You can either buy the DS game (simulator) "My Japanese Coach" which will help you alot. Learning Japanese is quite simple. there are 2 kinds of alphabetical groups, Katakana and hiragana, and the words are also easy to memorize.
