No it is not that easy as there are alot of hard words to learn and it would take forever I learn dutch at my school and i only know the folowing 1. alphabet 2. numbers 3.the basics hello goodbye (e.t.c) 4. Honestly, you don't. Almost all Dutch people are fluent in English (it's recommended by their universities). English is even commonly taught in public schools as a second language. However, if you wanted to learn Dutch, it's a very easy language to learn. It is the closest language to English.
