What I did was I picked two days in the week, I picked Thursday and I go to the gym and fridays I go swimming for and hour or two. I watch what I eat. I eat small portions and just have breakfast lunch and dinner, becaused my stomach has shrunk. I sometimes miss out on breakfast and I don't feel that hungry.
