some are in latin, some in english, the periodic table of the elements is all different languages.
Worldview is the way a person generally views the nature of the world around them. Some people might be pessimists, optimists, or realists.
The chemistry of mendelevium is unknown today.
There is no "correct" worldview. we all make our own worldviews. however there are some that have been proven to be incorrect, and there are those that are illegal (for example antisemitism).
Today are known 118 chemical elements; 98 are considered as natural elements (but some have also and an artificial origin).
If you think to chemical elements the number of elemens known today is the same around the world; of course, some artificial elements or other very rare elements don't exist in Philippines laboratories, ores or plants.
Silver is just as common - or not - in earth's crust today as it was ten million years ago. It is rare, but not nearly as rare as a lot of other elements we could name. The method of extracting some elements is more efficient today, but that doesn't change the relative abundance of the element.
Some of the key elements in Newtonâ??s scientific method are widely used in research studies today which are hypothesis, experimentation, observation and conclusion.
Some noble gases as He, Ne, Ar are very unreactive (only rare unstable molecules are known up today) but excepting these elements the other chemical elements are more or less reactive.

See, there is something called a worldview. Individual morality is your worldview. Everyone has it even if they deny it. We all have a sort of conditioning by our teachers, parents, friends, and all of what we're taught effects our worldview. Worldview is what effects how we react to things such as death, economic change, and controversial subjects such as morality in being gay, religion, anthropology, teleology, ethics, etc. Most of these things I have listed above involve politics and they change how someone reacts to it. One who has been told by their parents that change is the purpose of life will change a lot in politics and government. Hopefully this clears up some things. I took a class on worldview this year and it is very hard to condense a year's worth of information into a paragraph.
Hydrogen and oxygen are already elements. Elements do not contain other elements.
