None is inherently evil. They just use different strategies to survive, and those strategies sometimes involve eating other animals (or humans). You might just as well call humans "evil" because they eat other living beings (animals and plants).

No, bats are not evil. Neither are frogs, locusts, or any other animals mentioned in The Bible. They are God's creations and they serve a purpose. They may cause trouble sometimes, but the animals themselves are not capable of evil. Only humans are capable of evil.
Humans. Humans are the only animals that can even be considered evil despite the fact that humans already are evil. Our intentions is what makes us evil. We are emotionally complicated and, therefore, easily corrupted emotionally. Unlike humans, other animals' survival depends on their instinct. Our survival is unfortunately based on emotions which causes us to be evil.

Good and evil are human concepts. Animals simply are.
They symbolize the dichotomy between humans and animals. Some are depicted as kind while others are depicted as evil.
Opinion: Evil spirits exist only in the imagination of people. Since animals are incapable of conceiving of evil spirits, they can not be harmed by them.Opinion: To answer why they do so would depend on what you believe of evil spirits. Some think it is because they are sadistic and would hurt anyone or thing weaker than they are while others believe it is simply to put fear into the hearts of humans as to what the spirit is capable of.

But if you want some creatures that might give you the heebie-jeebies, you could think about like sharks, snakes, or maybe even those sneaky raccoons that get into your trash.
