Pure substances: table salt, sugar, absolute alcohol
Mixtures: vinegar, cooking oil, milk
Potassium nitrate is a pure compound (substance), but when it is mixed with sulphur and charcoal, it becomes black powder (gunpowder), a mixture.
There are a number of examples of pure solutions. Some of them include cooking oil, vinegar, milk, and so many more.
Mixtures: petroleum, asphalt, concrete, soup, meteorite.
Componds: sodium chloride, sulfuric acid, uranyl nitrate, ammonia.

Some examples of pure speech are protests, assemblies, demonstrations, etc.
Pure elements. Isotopes. Atoms.
Pure substances are made up of a single element, or a single compound. Table salt is a pure substance because it is made up of only the compound NaCl (sodium chloride). Diamond is a pure substance, it is made up of the element carbon. Air is not a pure substance, it is a mixture of several gaseous elements and compounds (nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide..) Distilled water is a pure substance made up of a single compound H2O.
some examples of non print media are ...
The way I like to think about it, homogeneous solutions are those where individual particles can't be picked out. For instance, salt water and fruit juices (without pulp) are homogeneous solutions. Things like salsa on the other hand are not, because you can see that it's a mixture. These are called heterogeneous mixtures.
its a substace because it not pure... how do i know.. well i just do Some are pure substances : chalk, charcoal, graphite and pure lead are examples. Some are solutions, some are suspensions, many are a mixture.
There are many different types of solutions. Some examples of different solutions are isotonic solutions, hypertonic solutions and hypotonic solutions.
