Answer
You pretty much have all the freedom in the world on a college campus. You can do anything you want, but you have to follow the college's rules. Most colleges say no underage drinking, no doing drugs or having possession of drugs, and no possession of weapons.
Answer
Freedom is a two edged sword. It can be fun trying to come up with something clean(ish) to wear to class and to eat froot loops for dinner but it's also a challenge to most who are away from home for the first time. The freedom to do whatever you like when you're not in class makes it really difficult to use your free time wisely; to focus on what you are really there for. The freedom can be the hardest part of living on campus and for some it leads to failing courses. Some learn from their initial mistakes and develop the disciplines that they'll need to make it in the world.
