I'm not entirely sure if this a glitch they might have put this in there on purpose but if you've gotten far enough on red dragon island when you get your ninja tools and weaponry if you spin the BO staff then switch weapons to a ninja star or smoke bomb your character will end up spinning one of the other weapons you chose.
