I am honestly not sure of any Hip Hop Boy bands since I am more of a J-pop/J-rock fan.
BUT there are loads of Japanese boy bands.
The most popular ones come from Johnny's Entertainment. Johnny's is all Vocal, not really instrumental. They always top the Oricon charts (Rankings of Japan single sales).
