You could always get makeup that is water based, and thus can be washed off with soap and water. Later on when they get older you can look at other options for your daughter.

First off, 13 years old is a pretty mature age. (Depending on who you are.) Most 13 year old will not be satisfied with PBS kids, etc, etc. Some good sites include: www.stardoll.com (for those girls who like makeup and celebrities) www.nexon.net (some of these games may be a little inappropriate)
some makeup that would be good for a 9 year old would be more soft and sensitive makeup because a person that young has softer skin so other makeup may be irritating to a kid. Some good brands or makeup products that you can buy for her/he would be burts bee, neutrogena extra gentle, and bare minerals. Those are just a few. I hope that I can help!
I'd suggest that you do some research on what makeup products you think you would need or like. There are a lot of makeup gurus on Youtube who have done videos about starter makeup kits, basic makeup necessities, and basic beginner makeup, so maybe you could search that up on Youtube and see what you like. Also be prepared to spend a long time in the makeup store. Make sure that the colors you pick out suit your skin tone and that the products are high quality, good value, and suit your skin type. Be sure to read the labels. If you have sensitive skin stay away from chemicals in makeup and go for more natural, organic products. Try out all the products first to make sure you will get your money's worth! If you're not sure where you can get makeup, here are some beauty supply and makeup stores where you can get good beauty products: Ulta Target CVS Walgreen's MAC Sephora Some makeup brands are more costly than others. This is mostly because they are made differently. Personally, I find that high end and drugstore makeup each have different pros and cons. Some of the high end brands that I have found work pretty good for me are: Estee Lauder Lancome Clinique Clarins NARS Urban Decay MAC Sephora Collection Make Up For Ever Dior Chanel Some of the drugstore products that I have found work well for me are: Maybelline CoverGirl Revlon Wet'n'Wild Those aren't all the brands in the world though. Everyone is different, but these are just to help you. I hope that you find what you need! -Beepbubby10

That would be a good subtle look for you. I'd go for it.
I am pretty sure she does because I went to her concert last year and I had a pretty good view of her face and she was wearing lots or lipstick and eyeliner, so yes I m pretty sure she likes makeup! I mean who wouldn't? Unless you are a boy but every girl i know wears makeup!
Makeup has been sold for thousands of years. They had it in ancient Rome and Greece.
You probably don't need to wear makeup if you're 11. If you choose to, some concealer, maybe a little bit of blush, some mascara, and lip gloss or tinted lip balm will do the trick perfectly.
