There are plenty of good process servers available. You can find a directory of proces servers at http://www.serve-now.com/ or http://www.napps.org/.
I wouldn't, as some servers say that they will ban you if you use cheats.
There are no good free realms. To get good servers, you use the official servers that come with the game and are operated, maintained, and overseen by blizzard employees. Free servers (aka private servers) are against the Terms of Use that you sign whenever you install or upgrade WoW.

You cannot use cheat engine on Habbo. Their servers are too encrypted for this process.

On all the servers I've played, its always been "::yell". I don't know how intricate the servers are ATM as I haven't played any in quite a while.
