well with my fruit smoothies i put 1 cup of Orange Juice, 1/2 banana, 2 scoops of icecream, 1 cup strawberry's and ice if you want and then mix it all together and you get a delicious smoothie!!!! :P
*One cup of milk
*15 Blueberries
*5 Strawberries
*1 Big Banana
*8 Raspberries
Pour in the milk first and then on top drop the lucious fruits in, blend it all together and serve 4 delicous smoothies. TIP- Chop your banana in 3 pieces and your strawberry pieces in 2 pieces. This makes it easier to get rid of the lumps in your smoothie.
