I highly recommend that you get outside and go for walks with the baby. Being that it is a great way to explore the neighborhood, but also a great way to meet new people and make new friends plus get some good exercise. Also, I would try some yoga. Do not push your body after having a baby because you could do more harm than good. Take your time and you will get there!
