Your high school course will not matter. Your college courses will not matter, as long as you obtain your bachelor's degree.
Schools will each have their own requirements but the basic skills and courses needed are Biology, Mathematics (algebra and statistics), English (writing and speech), Social Sciences and obviously if your school offers a high school psychology course take that too
You do not necessarily need a high school diploma to enroll in online college courses or even attend some community colleges.
Specific high school courses will have little to do with becoming a veterinarian. You will need good grades to enable you to get into college and good grades there in order to get into vet school.

To prepare for a career in writing, you should take English, creative writing, literature, and possibly journalism classes. These courses are typically offered throughout high school, so you can take them each year to build a strong foundation in writing skills. It's also beneficial to explore extracurricular activities like school newspapers, literary magazines, or writing clubs to further develop your writing abilities.
Definitely take any music courses.
