There are a couple of homemade teeth whitening solutions. You can mix strawberries with baking soda and brush your teeth with that twice a week and your teeth will start to become white.
brush teeth with cold water and tooth paste to get dirt off, then put baking soda onto tooth brush and brush teeth for two minuts. do this twice a day.
You have to use baking soda, hydrogen dioxide, toothpate, and a bit of water. Mix the solution well, and dip your toothbrush into the solution, and brush. Continue this routine, until the solution is gone (this will take about 2-5 minutes). If you see white on your gums, thats normal; it just means that you did it right. If it dosent show any white, thats okay too. Use this routine as long as you like, and then if it dosent get any whiter, well, unfortunatley, thats as white as its gonna get. Hope you enjoyed it!

There are lots of ways to getting whiter teeth using home remedies the problem is that it could be potentially unsafe if you don't know what your doing, some people say to use baking soda and lemon juice and others say to use strawberries, the thing is if you don't build yourself a strong foundation first, then all of these at home remedies will be pointless, what i mean is first start off by avoiding acidic drinks such as sodas, you don't have to completely quit but take it slow, for example drink through a straw to avoid direct contact with your teeth, also drink a lot of water, once you have done simple things like this, then you can focus on whitening using home remedies, also get good instructions for whitening teeth at home because it can be dangerous, if you need help getting a routine and safe methods read aestheticreview.com they helped get an awesome safe routine going that got me nice shiny pearly whites, anyways good luck and don't give up!
you put baking soda on your tothbrush and brush your teeth making sure your teeth are getting baking soda. Honestly I don't know if it works but its recommended to try it.(it will work maybe)
There are two strategies that I know of. The first one is the strawberry method that uses of course a strawberry and some baking soda. Then there is the peroxide one that uses hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Both of which you make a paste and apply it to your teeth the procedures and everything are explained in full at the following sites.

Adding baking soda to your toothpaste will get them whiter. Just sprinkle some on top of your toothpaste and brush away.

Yes, you can use a lemon juice rinse. Just soak a brush with a hint of mint too. You can also and add this to the baking soda and follow up with your usual tooth paste and rinse with very warm water. This works after the very first time you can see the difference after about 10 days. Remember not to drink it! But just rinse with it only, however this can not harm you if swallowed, but not recommended to do so. Enjoy!

One of the most common is to mix baking soda and peroxide to form a paste. There is also gargling sesame seed oil, but this one requires a lot of patience and being constant.
