2. That the powers of the of the Government, both Federal and State, be reduced to Law enforcement, Defense and the Court System. This would serve to protect the right of the individual over the rights the government and corporations. Also, this would make acting on the below answer impossible.

1. That the English Language be declared the nationa language of the United States.

I personally would just go to Walmart which solves all of your personal needs.

I think that i would be a good amendment/idea if a parent gets to choose what there child does for example getting there licenses or drinking alcohol.
