You could have a Dayglow/Paint Party. Basically a Dayglow party is a huge party where people dress up in all white. The party consists of having a really dark room lit up by strobe and black lights. You get a DJ to play music and have paint EVERYWHERE!! Typically at Dayglow it drops from the ceiling with a huge countdown, but you can have it drop and also let everyone blast each with glow in the dark paint. By the end of the party every one will look like one huge art project! Your decor could be neon plates, balloons, etc.
