Well, you will not smell like an ashtray-your skin will not dry out and wrinkle at a premature age-Of course you will live a longer life-your home/clothes/children/family won't stink like cigarettes.It's really a disgusting habit.
Smoking is NOT good for you or those around you.
Bad health consists of different things, or categories of things that influence the health of your body and mind. Some things are called lifestyle habits. This includes things that are known to be bad for you like smoking and drinking. Other things can be diet, or dietary health and this has to do with what you consume and put into your body.
It depends on what it has to do with. Some celebrities do good things which might inspire you to do some thing good. Like Martin LLuther king Jr was inspired by Mohandas Ghandi.
Personally I think some good things are to give up certain habits (alcohol, smoking, tobacco, etc.). Giving up things is good but so is fasting. You may also want to reach out to the community and volunteer. You can also try and reconnect with friends or strengthen your relationships. Hope you find something!

There are many good programs to stop smoking now. There are fake cigarrettes and gum that are suppose to help stop smoking. Some people also choose to get hypnotized.

some good things about mercantilism was that they had to get together to find out some things about people. They didn'tknow what to do about those good things but they did know what to do about the bad things. And you will know more about the bad things whenever you ask the question.
