crops got depressed, when they sold the crops humans got greatly depressed Over production means that there is too much supply for the existing demand, which results in lower prices, which results in the over producing business becoming unprofitable and failing. However, that was not a major cause of the Great Depression. I could argue that if farm production was too high for the existing demand, this means that they needed a better sales force to find new markets. The main causes of the Great Depression were excessive stock market speculation, and Prohibition, which wiped out (or drove underground) many important business relating to the manufacture and distribution of alcoholic beverages, which had been an important part of the economy.

During the Great Depression in the US, almost all businesses were hurt by this serious economic downturn. This included US auto manufacturers. With unemployment rates near 25%, car sales were hit hard, and as with other industries there were layoffs of workers.

The main difference between export sales contract and domestic sales contract is: 1. Relating to currency issues (both the country have different currency) 2. The second one is law related to export and import dispute (if any dipute arises between two country whose coutry law should be applicable to solve the dispute).
