If you are in America and bigger cities out side American there's Sephora which is amazing, Department store stock big brands such as MAC, Urban Decay, Lancome, Benefit, Yves Saint Laurent, ect. Some of the large chains are ULTA, Planet Beauty, Pure Beauty, Sally (no professional products) and Sephora (mostly froo froo lines and very little professional hair care).
