Lemon juice is an old standby for highlighting hair of all colours. It can be applied in a variety of ways depending upon the desired result: sprayed on neat or diffused with water. Exposure to sunlight will intensify the results. Henna can also be used to add highlights without strong chemicals.
From what I have read in the past, blondes ( natural ones) have more hair, and they also lose more hair on a daily basis 50-100 strands a day. Blondes have some 150,000 hairs. Brunettes have about 100,000; while redheads have around 80,000 hairs.
I say highlights. Mainly because you can highlight your hair and if you LOVE your hair this really brings out some natural colors! It is honestly up to you, but if I had to say which one i would recommend is highlights because it brings out all the colors in your hair already out.

mostly people with blonde hair or lightly dyed hair ( blonde highlights, dirty dish water blondes, ECT.) turns green because of the lightness the chlorine can have a worse chemical affect on the hair.
