The heart, lungs, veins, and arteries. The heart pumps oxegen rich blood into the arteries through the aorta. These arteries travel through out your body. After the O2 has been exchanged in the tissue (muscles, skin) it is passed into the veins. The veins carry the oxegen poor blood to the pulmonary vein. The pulmonary vein carries this "used" blood to the lungs. When you inhale, oxegen is mixed into the blood again. When you exhale, the lungs push the rich blood into the heart through the pulmonary artery and the cycle begins again.

In the circulatory system, the main organ, the heart pumps the blood all around the body after getting the oxygen from the lungs. when the capillaries reach the lungs, oxygen diffuses into them from the air sacs called alveoli from the lungs. This oxygen is absorbed by a red pigment in each red blood cell called haemoglobin. They both combine to form oxyhaemoglobin. These capillaries form arteries, return to the heart and the heart pumps this blood to the entire body. With the pressure in, the red blood cells travel through all the cells of the body where the oxyhaemoglobin is broken down and oxygen is deposited into the cell.

The other nutrients are transported to the cells in a similar way from the small intestine where everything is absorbed, to the parts of the body that need those nutrients. The lymph or the blood vessels carry these nutrients into their red blood cells and drop them to the hungry cells which then start their process of cell metabolism.
