If your pregnant your beasts should become more sensitive, also your body will pump more blood into your breasts for beter milk production.
A side effect of this is painful swelling which is made worse by the increased sensitivity.
Of course tight or Bras that cause alot of friction can also cause pain since you are more sensitive.
