The only possible dinosaur fossils would be from marine species (fish) that survived the mass extinction of almost all dinosaurs.

The islands of Hawaii are relatively new in geologic terms (about 30 million years for the oldest part of the chain) while the age of the dinosaurs ended 65 million years ago.

I doubt they have one. Hawaii didn't come up out of the ocean until all the dinosaurs were long gone, so there are no fossils of them there. Of course, having a State Anything is merely a resolution of a legislature and it's not required that the chosen thing be a native.

Hawaii was actually created by volcanoes. No prehistoric animal lived their except maybe birds and insects.Probably prehistoric pigs and bats.
