Well, what goes good with eggs is a matter of not only how you prepare the eggs but a persons opinion on certain foods. Hard boiled eggs taste good with salt, or on a salad. While scrambled and sunny side up eggs are good with waffles, bacon, toast, sausage, and pancakes. But those are just some of my opinions, because eggs go good with a variety of things.

How to make keto pancakes:

Ingredients

Servings

1 cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour

1⁄4 cup Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour

2 tablespoons Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend

1 teaspoon baking powder

5 large eggs

1⁄3 cup Unsweetened almond milk

1⁄4 cup avocado oil (or any neutral tasting oil that is liquid at room temperature)

1-1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1-1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

In a blending bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, and milk until joined. In a different bowl, blend the almond flour and baking powder.

Delicately overlap through the dry fixings into the wet fixings until joined.

Oil an enormous non-stick skillet and spot it over medium intensity. Once hot, pour 1/4 cup spoonfuls of the batter onto the container and cover it. Cook the hotcakes for 3-4 minutes, or until the edges start to bubble. Eliminate the top and cautiously flip the flapjacks, and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, covered.
