I can't really tell what are the good or best school for animation. If you want some you can ask your neighbors or chat with some friends to locate good animation training schools. You can also enroll in some private schools that have a course in animation or so.

Some of them are broad casted on television, which means that the show itself doesn't cost you money directly, but is included in a certain package deal. And then there are animation shows which you will have to buy (DVDs) and which will cost somewhere between 1-40$, depending on its age.
