Sometimes your question has just gotten reworded for grammar or spelling issues and that is why you don't see it if you search for it. Reasons for a supervisor to remove a question altogether are vulgar language, inappropriate themes, or spam. If you have a question as to why your particular question was removed, write a note to the supervisor who removed it to ask them why. They will be happy to tell you why.
A protected question is manually updated by a Supervisor. Supervisors may protect questions for the following reasons:* Spammers * Vandals * TMI to add more Some Supervisors use separate questions for a holding bin, to help them work, this holding bin would be protected.Protection is so that the question can not be modified anymore without a Supervisor's assistance.A protected Question is a question where no one can add a answer or edit anything in that question.
co-worker, supervisor
You can't. There are two possibilities: 1) contact a supervisor, name the specific question, and ask if it may be deleted. Not all questions may be deleted, but some are appropriate for trashing. 2) Become a supervisor.
Maintain a good attitude (which you should keep all through being a Supervisor) and always be willing to help when you are asked to help, edit answers and remove some flags, join a group!
Here is the real question, why can't you communicate a question effectively?
No, all questions have an answer. Well, most do. If the question doesn't make sense, and it's grammar makes the littlest of sense that it cannot be modified to make it more reasonable, the question is unable to be answered. Some questions are inappropriate which, will be deleted by a Supervisor if they see it or a contributor will tell a Supervisor about the problem.
There can be several reasons for that. Some people may answer carelessly, or sometimes the question is not quite clear.
No it is not supposed to be rude when answering a question. However some times people have been known to contribute answers that are inappropriate If this happens you can point it out to a supervisor or wikianswers.
Some people need to answer this question for urgent reasons!
For many reasons some of which are provided in the related question
There are A LOT of questions submitted on this website at a time everyday. You're going to have to have some patience. You are welcome to bring a question to another contributor, or supervisor in order to have it answered as quickly as possible in hopes that it is answered by them that you bring it to.
Anytime they feel it is justified. Our rules ask supervisors to warn people before blocking them, so there should be some kind of communication involved.
