Oil & natural gas. Even though it occurs naturally and is technically renewable it is considered non-renewable because the time to create it is millions of years.
we can make a green city by using renewable resources instead of the non renewable resources, and limiting the consumption of resouces and energy to the maximum. also by reusing the resources.

No. They cannot be replaced in a human lifetime, but only over geological time. yes all minerals are renewable but it takes a long time for the earth to renew them so we may run out in our life time... it will be a long time before it renews it self
