According to about 6 of my other friends who have a Dell Latitude, they all have the exact same problem. Secondly, there is a horrible overheating problem with it. My problem was really bad, despite it having little memory usage taken up with 4 gigs of RAM, it managed to burn so bad that the area that the heat sink is at has completely burned up, and is bent from melting. And that's only some of the bugs. Straight up, don't buy a Latitude.
