∙ 10y agoSpirituality is by its very nature non-physical. Puberty is a physical change, and is therefore unrelated to spirituality.
However, the physical desires created by puberity can make it more difficult to be spiritual, since a goal of spirituality is to be free from desire. It is also more difficult to have a spiritual experience while your physical senses are stimulated.
Some spiritual traditions cite that the kundalini can only be awakened after puberty.
