Coronary Thrimbosis (heart attacks) usually happen due to two different things. The first is plaque buildup in the artery which when cracked, is covered in white blood cells, clotting the blood, restricting its flow. The second is a random artery spasm which can have no symptoms at all. However usual symptoms are a dagger-like chest pain, with the pain making its way around the arm and neck. The throat may feel a constricting sensation and you may have trouble with breathing. If you have another of these symptoms dial the emergency services immediately and rest peacefully until they arrive.
