If it's during the day, you could go visit the great wall from both sides, then go to the cathedral, then visit some of the churches by the wall (San Vicente, San Pedro, Monasterio de Santa Teresa), eat some Yemas de Avila. If you have transportation, visit Cuatro Postes on the outer part of the town. Otherwise I would just recommend taking a few moments to walk around the town, it really is beautiful.

If it's during the night, you should walk by the wall because the lighting is beautiful. Then go to a disco and party the night away!
