Normal people wouldn't do drugs by themselves, they need a person that takes them into drug addiction. Normally drug dealers give people free drugs in hopes that the person will get an addiction and the come back for more. The drug dealer does this to make a living. Some very bad friends also want their friends to do drugs normally because it's "cool" and believe their friends should do everything they do. Don't do drugs.
