The main attraction is the weather and beautiful beaches. There are not many real 'tourist attractions' apart from 'Roots Island', the Crocodiles and the 'Monkey park'. However a visit to a traditional family home, village schools etc are fascinating. There is also the Senegambia strip - a bit seedy, loads of bars and clubs but fun if you like that kind of thing?
