There a ton of names - I guess there are no "typical" American boy names but some some pretty common ones are Thomas, Charles or Charlie, John, Elliot, William, George, Sam, Noah, Robert, Kyle, Jason, Jake, Spencer, Zachary, Colin, Scott, Edward, Tyler, Josh, Nicholas, etc.
