One of the best carrier oils for your skin when used with essential oils. Some essential oils are so strong they can burn your skin. When you cut in the jojoba oil, it acts as a "carrier" for the essential oils. You still get all the energy of the oils, and you're skin is also protected. I use this oil with all my essential oils. I suggest mixing about 1-2 tablespoons of jojoba per 2-4 drops of oil. But really, the amount of oil you use depends on the oil itself and how strong it is. You can look up what is recommended on most essential oil website.
This oil is also good for massages or to use on dry feet. The bottom of your foot is also an excellent place to introduce oils into your body. Try your oil mixture on your feet at night before bed and then put on some nice clean white socks. Enjoy!
