If you have a problem with eating at night the best thing for you to do would be to eat your last meal at 6 p.m. and either try to go to bed early, or snack on nothing but fruits and vegetables to help control the eating habit. By doing this you will still be able to feel full and not gain much weight because you will be eating healthy things. Also drink as much water as your body will allow, this will fill you up quit a bit!
