You can try using some thermal mass to bank thermal heat for a slow release. If you have a south facing window for example, you can build a little rock wall or have some kind of thing built that can store the radiant heat that comes in through that window during the day, as long as it hits the rock wall for an extended period of time. Usually the best materials to use are earthen materials like stone, or concrete in a pinch. You can also have something called a Masonry oven, which utilizes thermal heat and disperses thermal heat very efficiently.
